It’s a cost that can have serious consequences to our health and well-being so taking time out to reflect & rebalance is priceless. The Retreat People would love to share some of your precious time with you at Change Camp.
We believe that the ability to relax and let go – even for a short time, is priceless. During our time together you will enjoy and experience a synergistic blend of deep relaxation, mindfulness meditation and inspiring visualisation as well as some calming and healing breathing techniques.

We will use guided relaxation & meditation techniques to help you retain the learning, sense of community & energy of Change Camp & of course re-energise everyone ready to enjoy the amazing Laughter Yoga session to follow – there’s nothing like a laugh & a giggle to finish a great day!

Comfortable clothing you feel relaxed in Lightweight cosy blanket or cover – some people like to lie on floor although chairs will also be available ( Your Teddy Bear & Slippers as ever are optional! ) Your desire to relax, chill out & just enjoy yourself
