“Happiness is what you think, what you say, and what you do in harmony”
– Mahatma Gandhi

Happiness is beneficial.

Positive psychology finds happy people live longer, tend to their relationships, use healthy thinking styles and enjoy successes in many areas of life.

But what is happiness?

What do very happy people do differently?

Can you raise your happiness levels?

The Happiness Workshop explores what very happy people do differently.

It is a fun, interactive and practical guide to becoming happier.
