Laughter Playshop

Some interesting research has just been published about laughter, play and a baby’s brain development.

But as we grow older, adults tend to think play is only for children.  Not so, play and laughter broadens our emotional intelligence.  That’s what we will be exploring on the Laughter Playshop!

Robin Graham, a Laughter Yoga Ambassador and a co-founder of the Laughter Network is joining me on the Laughter Playshop, so I look forward to seeing you all on Saturday 26th October at Change Camp – there will be giggle-delicious laughter.  When you laugh, you change for the better!  And did you know that a simple smile has a measurable effect on your overall wellbeing!
