We all use non-verbal communication without realising it!

This session will delve into how we may go about reading the signs.   Using some tips from knowledge creation and emotional intelligence thinking, we will explore the above in more detail.

Self-awareness is often about reading a situation.  This session is for you if you need to develop yourself by reading the non-verbal cues that people give out.

It is not always about the words expressed.  This area is all about catching the behaviour, expressions and emotions, by being attentive. Practice being an observer!  In other words be alert.

Attending the session may highlight the importance of non-verbal methods of communication in both your working life and personal life.  Learn to watch out for subtle change.

Get clued up and become aware of non-verbal communication taking place in every-day life!
