The Retreat People, Chris and Sue are Clinical Hypnotherapists who specialise in managing unwanted stress and anxiety utilising Mindfulness Meditation, Relaxation and Breathing techniques.
This workshop is perfectly timed at the close of the day to give you time to simply relax, take a breath and retrieve that all important peace.

- Comfortable clothing so that you can experience easy relaxation exercises.
- Lightweight cosy blanket or cover – some people like to lie on the floor although chairs will also be available (We always say, Teddy Bears & Slippers are optional! )
- Your desire to relax, chill out & just enjoy yourself.
