This workshop is about steps to staying younger, sharper and happier.

You might have unwittingly come into possession of a grumpy ‘Old Brain.’

Surprisingly, research has shown that this can start to creep up on you from your early twenties.

So we are going to start the workshop with the brain age test.  Don’t panic! The recipe for remaining youthful is simple and fun.

Fun recalibrating your beliefs and values browser just in case you are hanging on to out-of-date assumptions and resisting change. Your brain age might be getting older than your birthday and body age!

But if you think youthful thoughts you remain forever young!  Think young and bright ideas keep coming.
