If you are working to support others in finding ways of improving their self-care, how are you offering this to yourself?

This workshop asks how often we actually do ‘practice what we preach’!

We will explore what happens when our best intentions for self-care are sidelined & reflect on what needs to happen to ensure the helper is helped too.

Through guided learning & self-reflection we will look at what happens if this is ignored & also how to do this when you are a lone worker.

By addressing how to achieve a balance between caring for others while caring for ourselves, we can develop a plan to accomplish our individual strengths & resources for improving at least one aspect of our self-care.
