How To Stay Happy While The Sky Is Falling

The BREXIT referendum, terrorism and fatal shootings feature regularly in the media.

Turn on the TV, read the paper and it feels like our economy, politics and society is blown!

This is a confusing time.

So how can we stay happy when the sky seems to be falling in?

This workshop suggests ways to turn away from the part of you that wants to be snarky while the world seems to be burning around you.  It focuses on the part that is genuine and loads more positive about the future (while still a little scared).

Join me and find out what really matters when the sky seems to be falling in.
