It enables us to function effectively and be more resilient when we need to be.
Sometimes, through external pressures we omit to use techniques to look after ourselves and even the basics of being kind to oneself can be overlooked.
You may have noticed saying things to yourself when you are busy or under pressure that you would never say to someone else. Have you ever noticed the tone your internal voice has when
you are being critical to yourself? Why would you treat yourself differently to others? This is something that we will explore.
During this session techniques will be used from EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Mindfulness and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) through demonstration and practice to offer some alternative ways of managing self care and being kind to yourself.
No previous experience is necessary as full explanations and demonstration will be carried out.
