Where’s the time gone?  It’s been a challenging & busy year but it’s hard to believe that we’re already nearing the mid point of the year!

Once again we will be pressing the pause button on life at with a mindful our Mid Summer Retreat Day on Sunday 24th June ’18, by popular demand, back at Linden Hall Hotel, our rural bolt hole tucked away in the Northumberland countryside.

Presentation: Spring Into Life With The Retreat People

Spring Into LifeThe first green shoots of Spring are already appearing telling us it’s time to spring back into life with The Retreat People at Change Camp 2018.

Once again, The Retreat People would love you to join us for a mini Relaxation Retreat taster session at the end of your inspiring Spring Change Camp day.

It’s a real opportunity for renewal and fresh starts, or at least a time to breathe fresh life into old projects, attitudes & our approach to life.

As our lives get busier and the demands of work, business & family mean we can spend less & less time looking after ourselves, something often gives & that something is frequently your own well-being & peace of mind!

In our workshop we will use guided relaxation, mindfulness & meditation techniques drawn from our expertise utilising Hypnotherapy, EFT, NLP, Performance Coaching & maybe even a little bit of Laughter Yoga to help people of all ages to manage unwanted stress.

You’ll return home more able to retain the learning, sense of community & energy of Change Camp & of course relaxed & re-energised ready to embrace the good things in life as we awaken to fully embrace the joys of Spring.

To Enjoy Your Session Please Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing you feel relaxed in
  • Lightweight cosy blanket or cover – some people like to lie on floor although chairs will also be available
  • Your Teddy Bear & Slippers as ever are optional!
  • Just bring your desire to relax, chill out & simply enjoy yourself.

Where has the Summer gone? Hard to believe that Autumn is with us yet again.

We know just how hectic & busy 2017 has been. There’s never been a moment to just stop & think!

The Retreat People believe that the ability to relax, let go & just experience living in the moment – even for a short while, is one of the greatest gifts we can give to ourself.

Springing Forward …….

We’re always tight for space but who cares …. we just let our minds transport us away to who knows where & back again. It’s always fun to relax to revive with you all & melt  those stresses & worries away.
