Hello To All Our Ace Stress Busters,

It was great to press pause with you all yesterday at our mini retreat in mind, thank you for taking the time at the end of your day to join me in downing tools to luxuriate in quite powerfully doing not very much at all. It’s lovely to hear that so many of you slept so well last night & that others have woken up today with a sense of renewed energy & get up & go! funny how this works isn’t it! Do let me know how things progress. Our workshop was fully booked yesterday so if you didn’t get the chance to sign up & retreat, please do join us for a Pre Festive Retreat Day at Linden Hall on Sunday 9th December – there will be a roaring log fire & a big cosy armchair waiting to welcome you & a whole day to relax & reclaim our peace of mind ready to really enjoy the holiday season ahead.

Autumn RetreatWhat a wonderful Summer!

But as the seasons change it’s time to turn our attention yet again to the opportunities and gifts of Autumn ahead.

It seems that in a blink of an eye 2018 has run away with us it’s been such a busy year. It can feel like there’s been no time to stop and catch your breath.

With family, home & work demands pulling us in all directions stress finds a way to take hold and build up before we know it!

But never fear The Retreat People are back at Change Camp to help get things back on track with a mini retreat in mind so you can just relax and fully enjoy the fruits of the Autumn season.

Allowing yourself time to pause and be still is a gift in managing any unhelpful & overwhelming stress that has taken root in these hectic & challenging times.

The Retreat People, Chris & Sue are professional Clinical Hypnotherapists who specialise in using their expertise in Hypnotherapy & other psychological interventions to help people of all ages, from tots to teens & beyond, deal with the harmful effects of unwanted stress, worry & anxiety utilising Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness Meditation, Relaxation & Breathing techniques to manage the unwelcome impact of stress in our lives.

As ever our relaxation workshop is perfectly timed at the end of the Autumn Change Camp day to give you time to simply pause, take a breath & reflect on your day. So are you ready just to relax in mind?

  • Lightweight cosy blanket or cover – some people like to lie on the floor although chairs will also be available (You already know – We always say, Teddy Bears & Slippers are optional!)
  • Your desire to relax, chill out & just enjoy yourself at the end of a busy day.

Where’s the time gone?  It’s been a challenging & busy year but it’s hard to believe that we’re already nearing the mid point of the year!

Once again we will be pressing the pause button on life at with a mindful our Mid Summer Retreat Day on Sunday 24th June ’18, by popular demand, back at Linden Hall Hotel, our rural bolt hole tucked away in the Northumberland countryside.

Spring Into LifeThe first green shoots of Spring are already appearing telling us it’s time to spring back into life with The Retreat People at Change Camp 2018.

Once again, The Retreat People would love you to join us for a mini Relaxation Retreat taster session at the end of your inspiring Spring Change Camp day.

It’s a real opportunity for renewal and fresh starts, or at least a time to breathe fresh life into old projects, attitudes & our approach to life.

As our lives get busier and the demands of work, business & family mean we can spend less & less time looking after ourselves, something often gives & that something is frequently your own well-being & peace of mind!

In our workshop we will use guided relaxation, mindfulness & meditation techniques drawn from our expertise utilising Hypnotherapy, EFT, NLP, Performance Coaching & maybe even a little bit of Laughter Yoga to help people of all ages to manage unwanted stress.
