Emotional Eating is quite simply, eating to supress or soothe negative emotions we experience.
Emotional Eating is a very common problem but only some of us that are aware that we do it and even fewer know what to do about it.
If you have trouble losing weight, put weight straight back on after dieting, crave certain foods and experience sudden hunger, you may be an emotional eater.
This presentation will be an overview about what emotional eating is, how we can identify it in ourselves and what strategies we can use to reduce it.
