EFT or Tapping is well known is a powerful way to relieve emotional problems and limiting beliefs.
‘Intention Tapping’, created by Australian psychologist and tapper Steve Wells, is a very different way of using tapping to work with the challenges (aka problems) in our lives.
This process does not focus on our problems themselves, but our emotional attachments to those problems that keep us stuck. Ironically, our emotional investment in the things we want to overcome keep them in place.
The tapping approach that Steve has developed simply and elegantly lets us release those attachments and the blocks soften and change.
It’s fast, it’s simple and it allows your unconscious mind to do most of the work.
In this presentation Andy Hunt will demonstrate the basics of Intention Tapping and how you can use it to let go of emotional baggage you now longer need to carry.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) / Tapping is a simple self help process that’s easy to learn and easy to use.
We all find ourselves in stressful situations where we would like to feel more resourceful.
Perhaps we want to be calmer instead of anxious, confident instead of uncertain, excited instead of intimidated.
In this presentation Andy Hunt AAMET Master EFT Trainer will introduce you to tapping and show you how to use a simple two stage process to feel better about situations we find stressful.
All you need are your fingertips, a stressful situation and a desire to be able to change how you feel in that situation.
No previous experience of EFT required.
When we think of things that we want to change, we can get hung up with the final outcome which can be a good thing for some people, if they can remain motivated and move towards their outcome.
For some people the change from where they are now to where they want to be can seem so enormous, that the possibility of achieving the outcome can be too daunting to imagine and can be why they will avoid change or give up trying.
By breaking down the journey into small steps and removing obstacles whilst remaining motivated the outcome can be achieved.
During this session techniques will be used from EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) through demonstration and practice to find a way to remove blocks which are preventing you from making change and help you move towards your outcomes and goals.

Are you shoulding on yourself?
Are you telling yourself all day, every day, what you should be doing (and feeling bad about what you haven’t done?
Sometimes we have so many ‘shoulds’ it’s difficult to know what we want.
A should is a rule you ‘should’ live up to, a demand you ‘should’ meet, an expectation of how you ‘should’ behave.
- I should lose weight
- I should be more assertive
- I should be more patient
- I should …
Shoulds are often intended to be motivating, to help us do what we want or what is best for us. In theory our ‘shoulds’ should help us get things done.
But, you may have noticed that even though ‘shoulds’ are supposed to be motivating, what you should do often doesn’t get done!
In this ChangeCamp presentation Andy Hunt will explain three reasons why shoulds don’t work and demonstrate a simple EFT/’tapping’ method to help find and dissolve them.
A little bit of EFT/Tapping experience would be helpful but it’s not essential.
