Many people often feel unhappy and more often than not this is not a good thing. Why not? We are habit making organisms who’s habits are constructed over time. We are massively influenced by our environment and how we react and respond to this.
By understanding a little bit about the differences between memory and experience ( Daniel Kahneman ) and utilising what and how we use our bodies consciously, and this is the key, conscious effort, just a few minutes a day, can change our complete outlook, to rewire thoughts and thinking patterns is amazing.
Did you know while reading this you have either shaked your head yes or no, in considering this information? Those who have nodded agreement, within this short description, are most likely to attend. How we physically respond to a suggestion is one topic of this workshop. Another topic is how we focus attention, so that means prioritising what is valuable in the moment.
