Forgiveness- is it important?
What does forgiveness mean to you?
What are the benefits of forgiveness?
How do you forgive?

In 1988 a Gallup poll across a huge range and number of American citizens found that 94% of people felt it was important to forgive; however 85% of people did not understand or know how to forgive. If you would like to learn how to forgive others and forgive yourself then this workshop is for you.

You will learn some practical tools that you can use with your coaching and counselling clients and on yourself

The workshop will be interactive and exploratory. Please bring an enquiring mind and commitment for change.

An experiential workshop for those who know how to tap (EFT).

Here we will be learning and using a extremely simple and effective technique taken from Matthew’s new book, ‘The Eternal Moment of Now‘.

The fundamental purpose of this technique is to orientate the client’s attention to the present moment in time with respect to their presenting issue. We will cover the basics of the technique, a little background and then get into using it – so bring along a present time problem and you’ll get the chance to tap it out!

Matthew utilises the principles of Clean Language and Emergent Knowledge, and is pioneering this particular method and more – So come along and learn something new and exciting.

Stress

Sometimes life can be stressful and distressing.

If you would like to learn a simple way to reduce your levels of stress and distress then this short introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or “Tapping” might be just what you need.

EFT is a deceptively simple process that literally taps into the body’s own soothing response to reduce the power of unpleasant emotions.

In this brief introduction Andy Hunt (EFT International Accredited Master EFT Trainer) will show you have to use this technique to reduce the stress and distress you feel in everyday life.

He will also describe some of the other ways of utilising EFT to heal trauma, soothe the inner child, dismantle self-criticism and generally be more at peace with ourselves and our lives.

By the end of this presentation you will have a simple effective process at your fingertips to deal with the simple stresses and distresses of everyday life.

You don’t need any previous experience of EFT to attend.

Presentation: Introduction To Happy Brain ™

Happiness

In this session, Tracey Hutchinson will introduce you to your brain in thrive drive – when it is most able to relax and respond helpfully to whatever life throws at you. You’ll get to supercharge your thrive drive using play, creativity and NLP

Happy Brain™ is a simple model based on 3 principles:

  • Simplicity of neuro-biological systems of the reptilian brain
  • Resilience of self-managing emotional states
  • Clarity of thinking and brain aim

It is endorsed by Dr. Richard Bandler (co-creator of NLP) as both an introduction to NLP and also as a specialist application of NLP: “Happy Brain does what NLP should be, keeping it powerful and simple.”

In this hands on, practical, fun workshop you will develop take-away skills (with the underpinning knowledge) to boost your thrive drive.

So, now you’re wondering how much fun you’ll have at Change Camp, and how much you’ll learn about your Happy Brain™, book your place at this workshop and join the adventure.

Presentation: How To Live A More Light Hearted Life.

Light hearted life

Anxiety, depression, mood swings, hormones and external factors can all make  it look impossible to live a more fulfilled light hearted life, filled with love,  compassion for ourselves and others and actually enjoy living.

Keeping us in a prison of our experience, our worlds can get smaller and smaller until the day comes that we break free from the thought chains  that bind us.

While there may be factors in our lives that we experience and we have no control over,  we do and can have control over how we live those experiences.

This interactive discussion is designed for those who are, or know someone who is, struggling with life. Bring your questions, bring your curiosity and most of all, bring your  sense of knowing there is a possibility life can be easier for you and let us explore together.
