Heather Carter

A former advertising creative and tutor to vulnerable and disadvantaged adults needing to build their skills in confidence, motivation, self-esteem and self-compassion, Heather has been an EFT practitioner and life coach for more than ten years.

She practices in Darlington and works regularly on-line with clients in the UK, Europe and the US.

She has supported clients with issues around eating, body image, self-sabotage, depression, chronic fatigue, relationship problems, blocks to success in academia and in business as well as fear of public speaking, and is currently writing a book about the effects of domestic violence.

She works tirelessly for the EFT Guild, ensuring the smooth running of the Guild’s ‘Daisy Chain’ system of peer mentoring, practice and support and is a frequent presenter at the annual EFT Gathering.

Heather’s workshops are light-hearted and fun and she likes to add the healing power of laughter and deep breathing to her tapping whenever possible.

Heather Carter
I love working one-to-one with my clients, giving them the tools for personal growth and the understanding that they don’t need to be fixed, they simply need to hear, trust and accept themselves at a heart level. With the aid of EFT I have helped clients to overcome trauma, fear, limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, unhealthy habits, broken relationships and bereavement.
