Jacqui Sjenitzer

Jacqui SjenitzerI am a psychologist, certified professional coach and facilitator based just outside Carlisle, with a 20 year background in learning and development and an MSc in Occupational Psychology.

Maybe more significantly, I’m a recovered (mostly) perfectionist, and the most real and messy human being I’ve ever been after years of mask-wearing and not really being who I am. As a result I’m much happier!

I’ve been at the heart of change in the public sector, professional services world, and more recently in the corporate/retail world of the motor trade, delivering emotional intelligence and stress-related coaching to the workforce. I also coach and mentor other coaches going through certification with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

My mission is to help people feel freed up from feeling like they need to edit themselves in some way to be ok, and to help them learn skills in self-compassion and shame-resilience. We all matter, and everyone’s story counts. I am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (CDWF), a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Brené Brown. It has been developed to help men and women learn how to show up, be seen, and live braver lives. The method was designed for work with individuals, work teams, and organizational leaders and can be facilitated in both educational and professional settings.
